Let everyone else chase the GT. The LX 5.0 notchback was the one to have: lighter, stiffer, and wearing the Fox body’s proportions at their best. A clean roofline, a proper trunk, and just enough badging to explain the noise. Calypso celebrates that simpler formula in a color that makes a compelling argument for the early ’90s having gotten a few things very right.
